HOW CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER THAT HAS NOT BEEN PROCESSED YET?

“YOU GUYS SENT ME SOMETHING I DIDN’T ORDER” -OR- “YOU GUYS SENT ME A DEFECTIVE ITEM”. WHAT DO I DO NOW? 

Please call us at 850.320.4311. Please have your invoice (packing slip) ready when you call.

I ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE OR CHANGED MY MIND AND WANT TO RETURN MY ITEM(S). 

All you will need to do is send the items back to us at the following address via US Mail to: P.O. Box 13707, Tallahassee, FL 32317. Please include the invoice with the return along with a note indicating what you would like instead, or that you would like a refund. All returned items must be in “as new” condition. “As new” means unwashed, unworn, and unmodified in any way. Please note that in this case, we cannot refund shipping. All returns/exchanges must be submitted within 30 days of the date we ship out your order.

Yes! Our 100% satisfaction guarantee ensures that every item you purchase meets your high standards — or you can return it for a replacement or refund. All returns/exchanges must be submitted within 30 days of the date we ship out your order. We make an effort to make sure that all of our products meet high standards of quality, comfort, and expression. If you are not satisfied for any reason, let us know and we’ll do our best to resolve the situation.

Also, we actually do listen to your feedback. We know that not everyone has the same sensibilities when it comes to apparel, but we want to take your input into consideration as we design new items. We won’t always agree, but we will always listen.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
